Welcome to Glamin . By placing an order in our webshop, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully.

2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made through the Glamin webshop.


3. Offers and prices

  • All prices are stated in euros, including VAT and excluding any shipping costs (unless otherwise stated).

  • Offers are valid while stocks last and/or during the specified promotional period.

  • Errors or typographical errors in prices and texts are reserved.


4. Ordering and payment

  • Orders are placed through our webshop and must be paid in advance using the payment methods offered (including iDEAL, PayPal, credit card).

  • After receipt of payment you will receive a confirmation email.


5. Delivery and shipping

  • We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.

  • Delivery times depend on the product and the supplier. If a product is delayed, you will be notified.

  • Shipping is free within the Netherlands.


6. Right of withdrawal (Not satisfied? Money back!)

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

  • After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

  • You will receive a full refund, provided the product is returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

  • Return costs are at your own expense, unless stated otherwise.


7. Warranty

  • All our products come with a legal guarantee: the product must do what you expect it to do.

  • If a product becomes defective within the warranty period, please contact our customer service.


8. Liability

  • Glamin is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of our products.

  • Limitations on warranty and liability do not apply if the damage is due to intent or gross negligence on the part of Glamin.

10. Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
