At Glamin, we believe it's important that you receive your order quickly and hassle-free. Read all about our shipping below.


1. Shipping costs

  • Within the Netherlands: Free shipping on all orders.

  • Outside the Netherlands: We currently only deliver within the Netherlands.


2. Delivery time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days .

  • The average delivery time is 7 – 12 working days , depending on the product and supplier.

  • You will always receive a Track & Trace code as soon as your order has been shipped.

Please note: during holidays or busy periods at our suppliers/carriers, delivery time may be slightly longer.


3. Shipping method

  • We work with reliable shipping partners such as PostNL, DHL and other courier services.

  • Your order is always neatly packaged and shipped safely.


4. Not at home or delayed

  • If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will make another delivery attempt or deliver your package to a collection point.

  • Unfortunately, delays beyond our control (such as with the carrier) can occur.


5. Damaged or lost shipment

  • If you receive a damaged package, please contact our customer service within 48 hours.

  • Was your package lost in transit? We'll resolve the issue for you and arrange a new delivery or refund.
