At Glamin, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Still not completely happy? No problem – you can easily return your order.

1. Reflection period (Right of withdrawal)

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

  • After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

  • You will receive a full refund as soon as we receive your return.

2. Conditions for returns

A return will only be accepted if:

  • The product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging .

  • Hygiene products (such as razors or beauty tools) may only be returned if the seal has not been broken .

3. Return costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered.

  • Always keep your proof of shipment until we have processed your return.

4. How do you return a product?

  1. Please send an email to info@glamin.nl within 14 days of receipt. with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You will receive the return instructions and the return address from us.

  3. Pack the product securely and include the packing slip or order information.

  4. Please return the package via a carrier of your choice.

  5. Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days .

5. Exceptions

  • Excluded from returns are:

    • Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons once the packaging has been opened.

    • Gift cards and digital products.
